Important Office Policies
To provide the best possible care for all our patients in Aloha, Beaverton, Tigard, and surrounding communities, we maintain the following policies:
Appointment Scheduling & Cancellations
We value your time and ask that you respect ours and other patients' scheduled appointment times. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. This courtesy allows us to offer your appointment slot to another patient who may need urgent care. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or difficulty securing future appointments.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you're running late, call our office to let us know. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to ensure we can provide the comprehensive, unhurried care you deserve without impacting subsequent appointments.
Children in the Office
We welcome patients of all ages and love treating entire families! For safety reasons, we ask that parents supervise children in our waiting area at all times. For patients under 18, we recommend a parent or guardian accompany them during dental appointments. This ensures proper consent and allows for important treatment discussions.
Emergency Dental Care
Dental emergencies can happen at any time. If you experience severe tooth pain, trauma, swelling, or another urgent dental issue, call our office immediately. We reserve time in our schedule each day for same-day emergency appointments. For after-hours emergencies, our voicemail provides instructions for reaching Dr. Ostovar.
Privacy & Records
We comply with all HIPAA privacy regulations to protect your personal health information. Your dental and medical records are kept confidential and secure. We're happy to provide copies of your records or transfer them to another provider upon your written request.
